A multiple day event that encompassed many different facets. The event was for a condominium project and was a marketing promotion leading to a “Fiesta”. Many activities geared around the Basketball superstar Shin Dong Pa and involved arranging television and radio interviews, autograph sessions and other public appearances by him. Shin Dong Pa is considered by many as one of the best basketball stars in history and he is a friend of Uptown 21's President Lee Eal Mo. He also has purchased a unit at Uptown 21 to live in after he retires from the Korean Basketball Association where he is the Vice President.The highlight event was a production during the “fiesta'. The fiesta was a chance for those who had purchased a unit to get to meet the future neighbors as well as the venue for the drawings of a raffle.
